Arles  (10 km), Roman Arles, the inspirational town of Van Gogh. Where festivities take place all year round, including the photography festival ‘Recontres d’Arles’ and the infamous “Féria de Paques” at Easter and “Féria de Riz” (Festival of Rice, held the 2nd weekend of September).

Les Baux-de-Provence : (approximately 20 km), les Baux-de-Provence ; one of the jewels of Provence, This site, dated back to the Middle Ages, is classified with three stars. It is situated on a bare, rocky outcrop, 900x 200m and houses the ruins of a fortified castle and its village. A sight not to be missed.

La Camargue  less than 5 km away spreads out the 85,000 hectares of the beautiful Camargue, scattered with the communes and villages of Arles and reaching out to Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer. Certainly the area of Provence with the strongest regional identity.  

 Les Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer : (40 km), with many fine sandy beaches, this small seaside resort situated in the Rhone delta has a very special and unique character. Every year, in May, les Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer is home to  the impressive annual gypsy pilgrimage.
